Dear Dr. Rose,
You really saved my life! My last migraine was July 18, 2005, two days before you changed my life. You made me able to go to a full year of high school and graduate with my class. How can I ever thank you enough? You gave me life. I had only gone to two full terms of schools from 9th to 11th grade. The only way I can thank you is to spread the word that there is help for people with migraines, the help is YOU! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
