Dr. Rose,
There are no words to express how I feel these days, because of you and what you have done for me. I admire you and others that do what you do. You do surgery and change lives, especially since you do the migraine surgery. Not only will my life forever be changed because now I have the chance to be pain free and live a happy normal life...but I got a new nose at the same time.
