Out Of Town Patients

Many of our patients are from out of town, out of state, and even out of the country. We are happy to have such a geographically diverse clientele base, and strive to make your experience at the Rose Clinic enjoyable and rewarding.

Step One: E-mail photos

Have a friend or family member help you take photos that can best illustrate the areas of concerns. You can email the photos to our office manager Kacey@theroseclinic.com. Please include in the email your height, weight, areas you would like Dr. Rose to address and your contact information.

Step Two: Over the phone (or email) consultation

A Patient Coordinator will contact you to discuss Dr. Rose’s recommendations, as well as your surgical and recovery options. A price quote will be provided, along with financing assistance if needed. Please take into consideration that (virtual) surgical plan and pricing may change until confirmed with an in-person consultation.

Step Three:

One of our Patient Coordinators will help you schedule the appropriate pre-operative and post-operative appointments, as well as select a surgery date that works with your schedule. If you are not able to come into town to see Dr. Rose for follow up visits we will have you send photos via email. You really saved my life, you really did! My last migraine was July 18 2005, two days before you changed my life. You made me able to go to a full year of high school and graduate with my class. How can I ever thank you enough? You gave me life. I had only gone to two full terms of schools 9th 11th grade. The only way I can thank you is to spread the word there is help for people with migraines, the help is YOU! I love you, you saved my life. I did not think I would be able to live much longer with migraines and you were my last hope and my mom's too. I will start college October 2 2006. I want to be a Veterinarian Technician and you made this possible. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I truly mean you saved my life.A
