Follow a great skin care routine


Daily cleansing serves as a foundation for good skin. Everyone can benefit from using a mild cleanser twice a day and never go to sleep with makeup on.

Tone, balance and exfoliate

An essential step in restoring your skin’s pH. This is a prep step before any other skincare. Exfoliate the dead skin 1-3 times a week with gentle massage.


We live in a dry climate, use a hydrating mask once a week to moisturize and lift for an anti-aging effect. Don’t forget to treat the eye area. This is the best time to apply eye patches.


Serums are the most potent elixirs, lighter in texture but they penetrate deeper than creams. We have a serum to address any concern: plumping, lifting, hydrating, hyperpigmentation, dark circles and acne.


All skin types need a moisturizer, even oily skin can benefit from a purifying and balancing moisturizer. This is a great time for a facial massage, tap and pinch the skin outwards and upwards to promote circulation and deliver products deeper into the skin. Head to toe approach is best, don’t forget your eye cream, neck and décolletage as well as the rest of your body.

Stay Hydrated

Drink water often and throughout the day to stay hydrated from within and keep your skin looking supple. Try to add some lemon or lime for added flavor and vitamin C.

Sleep Well

Nighttime is when your skin regenerate. Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. This is the best time to use retinol and serums which contain antioxidants and vitamin A,C and E (the building blocks of collagen).

Be mindful of the sun

Our number one beauty secret. Spend 15 minutes a day in the sun to get your daily dose of Vitamin D. Protect your skin with sunscreen if you plan on longer exposure.
