Skincare is a lifestyle
Follow a great skin care routine
Cleanse
Daily cleansing serves as a foundation for good skin. Use a cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin of its natural barrier and remember to never go to sleep with makeup on.
Tone, balance and exfoliate
An essential step in restoring your skin’s pH. Helps to prepare the skin for additional skincare and can be used as a light layer of hydration or exfoliation.
Target and Treat
Serums are the most potent of products and are designed to penetrate deeper into the skin. We have a serum to address any concern: plumping, hydrating, breakouts, skin tone, texture, and more.
Mask
We live in a dry climate, use a hydrating mask once or twice a week to replenish lost moisture and ensure proper skin hydration. Don’t forget to treat the eye area.
Moisturize
All skin types need a moisturizer. Even oily skin can benefit from the right moisturizer. Moisturizers help to seal in serums and treatment products - as well as providing barrier protection.
Protect
Use a medical grade SPF every single day. Yes, even in the winter. Make it the final step of your skincare regimen and the first step of your makeup routine.
Stay Hydrated
Drink water often and throughout the day. We lose about 400ml of water through our skin daily. We recommend a medical grade collagen to help boost hydration and support the skin from the inside out.
Sleep Well
Nighttime is when your skin regenerates and repairs. We all know the effects a “bad night’s sleep” can have on our skin. Developing a good nighttime routine is critical to our overall health and skin, especially the older we get. Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
